Gameconfig Xml Gta V

So I downloaded some mods on my GTA 5:
More Pedestrians + Vehicles:

After installing the mods, after I play GTA 5 it randomly crashes. 'Grand Theft Auto 5 Has Stopped Working' I thought it was something wrong with my game so I reinstalled 50GB. Then just when I installed the mods again the same problem occured, so I know the mod is the problem here...
Anyone know how to fix it?

Gta V Mods
Over the course of the last few years I've sunk countless hours into editing gameconfig.xml. These files have been restricted to RDE and while I realize its a fantastic mod not everyone wishes to use it. Considering the scope of what gameconfig does I figured I'd share this as a standalone for the community.
