Gta 4 Plane Mod
'Grand Theft Auto IV' features two models of helicopters to fly, but does not have any airplanes that you can control, or cheat codes to generate airplanes. It is possible, however, to hack the PC version of 'Grand Theft Auto IV' with an airplane modification and spawn an airplane that you can fly in that version of the game. Some people still have trouble installing planes/jets into GTA IV, so i decided to create this small tutorial to help those people. Editing the handling.dat and vehicles.ide files Generally, when you download an plane/jet you will have an readme.txt and inside this readme you will have instructions about the installation of the model.
So I want to install some car mods, but the manual way of doing it is really long and annoying, not to mention easy to screw up. So I decided to download this vehicle mod installer thing.
Problem is the damn thing doesn't work. I put in my GTA 4 folder, that gets a tick, I put in where the mod I want to install is, that gets a tick, I click next, this is what I get:

I go to the installer website for help, this is what it says about errors in the FAQ area:

'A: There are two reasons why this error is occured
Partially it is a application issue and it was fixed in v1.3 application version It occurs when you try to install model when you game is run'
That's it.
This is really starting to annoy me. Can anyone help me with this?
