How Do I Disable Classic Shell
It turned out to be the Google Desktop issue and nothing to do with Classic Start menu or Classic Explorerer. (Classic Start, enabling xp type menus for program shortcuts is the perfect alternative for windows 7 inflexible start menu)
Anyway, I uninstalled Google Desktop and with a reboot, search for Files or Folders brings up the window for search again.
When I reinstalled it, and through preferences effectively disabled google search, I got the same problem with windows search for files or folders again.
I wish I could have the desktop gadgets/sidebar without the google search. One nice gadget is the radio station, where you can load in your own URL's for streaming, and one click starts music. Lots of others right there as well and the entire sidebar hides until you drag your mouse to the corner of the screen.
Google shut down their google groups help forum for desktop, which is not a good sign.
AFAIK, there is nothing comparable to google sidebar gadgets. Windows gadgets are these big icons which are not re-sizable, don't dock, no opacity, etc.

I've been using Classic Shell for a long time now, I believe several months if not the whole year. Yesterday, I got a major update for my system. Since then (Build 10586) there is one feature of CS that has been not working very well (I guess) and I cannot find the setting (if there is even one). In short terms, I need to decrease the speed with which the mouse cursor 'opens' All Programs in the Start Menu. When I hover the mouse cursor over it, just happens too fast, so that is annoying because everytime I open up the Start Menu and I passes the mouse over that part, it opens up too quickly. It may just be a problem caused by that major build update, as I had to reinstall Speccy and some other software.
If someone knows any setting in there to slow down the opening of All Programs menu please comment.
PS: Hope my explanation can be understood correctly, if not, I apologize. English is not my native language, although I'm studying it
EDIT: Better if there is a way to completely disable it. So, instead of hover the mouse cursor, I must click on it.
How To Disable Classic Shell Windows 7
Classic Shell adds missing classic old Start Menu and features to Windows 10/8/7 explorer, like show Title bar text, add Up button, etc. Does not disable the original start menu in Windows. Folder marker pro crack. The tiles on the Windows start screen include 3 for Shell classic. When I switch on my computer the start button in the bottom left corner of the screen is the windows button. When I click on this I get the Shell start button superimposed. When I click on this I get a warning that Shell needs to reconfigure itself.
