Scp 895 containment breach. Done everything, including a restart, but Spotlight doesn't give me another picture than the red plane.

When I select Picture, and switch back to Spotlight, I get the turning thing for a second, but still the same picture.

Another PC on my work, with Windows 10 Enterprise works fine, gives me everyday another Bing picture. And that one also has an option on the lockscreen 'Like what you see?'. My Surface Pro 3 doesn't have that option.

Very frustrating this.
